By placing an order on this website you agree to these terms.

Orders

Your order is placed when your payment is approved and you see the order confirmation page. Pickup and delivery times are estimates. On busy days food may take a little longer; we will contact you if there is a significant delay.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Sales tax, any service or delivery fees, and your optional tip are shown before you pay. Payment is taken in full when you order.

Changes and cancellations

Because food is cooked to order, call us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel. Once an order is on the grill we may not be able to cancel it. If we cancel your order for any reason, we will refund you in full.

Pickup and delivery

Please pick up within 30 minutes of your ready time. Delivery is available only in the areas shown at checkout; someone must be available to receive the order.

Allergies

Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, pork and other allergens. Tell us about allergies in your order notes. We cannot guarantee that any item is free of allergens.

Food safety

Consuming raw or undercooked meats may increase your risk of foodborne illness. Items ordered medium rare or medium are cooked to order.
