When do points show up?
As soon as your payment is confirmed. Points are never added before an order is paid.
How do I use a reward?
Pick your food, go to checkout, and choose the reward in the Rewards section before you pay. The discount is applied right away.
Do points expire?
No. Your points stay in your account.
I ordered as a guest. Can I still get points?
Yes. Create your account with the same email within 14 days and use the link on your order's confirmation page.
Can I earn points at the trailer window?
Online orders earn points today. In-person earning with your member code is on its way.
