This policy explains what information Tennessee Skewers ("we") collects when you use this website and how we use it.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, email address, the items you order, your pickup or delivery time, any notes you add and, for delivery, your address. When you send us a message we collect your name, email, optional phone number and message.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number is entered directly into Stripe's secure form and is never sent to or stored on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare and hand over your order, contact you about it, send your receipt, answer your messages, and keep records required for tax and accounting. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies and storage

We store your cart in your browser so it is still there if you refresh the page. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The admin area uses a secure sign-in cookie for staff only. The map on our location section is provided by Google and is subject to Google's privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Messages are deleted when they are no longer needed.
